Roy X represents the state of the art in Swiss amplifier design and reflects all the needs of the user. This versatile 7-channel combo amplifier system offers a significantly improved power amp and speaker section as well as a crossover filter network with a limiter. Roy X offers 450 W (124 dB SPL) of dual amplified power. It is equipped with a 1" dome tweeter and two 8" woofers and has a 2-way bass reflex design.

Roy X is very effective as a stand-alone, portable system for soloists or small groups. The system can accommodate various microphone/instrument combinations and offers comprehensive mixing capabilities for easy stage setup. The master section includes both a spring-like reverb with decay and a digital multi-effect (on a separate bus). A headphone preamp provides a convenient monitoring option. Roy X is available in a wood or anthracite finish. Schertler amplifiers feature a high-end Class A preamplifier without integrated circuits and without negative feedback.
