Description
Kai Concert ukulele KCI-700 Bocote
This elegant "top of the range" concert version from the new Kai ukulele line has a body made of bocote, Central American tonewoods, and features a solid top with subtle and tasteful ornamentation around the sound hole and on the body edges. As with all Kai ukuleles, there is a second, oval sound hole on the upper ribs, which also radiates the sound of the instrument to the player. This exquisite Kai version produces a crisp, round and assertive ukulele sound. Aloha!
The neck is made of Nato, the bridge and the fingerboard with 18 frets are made of Morado. There are dot fret markings and a stylized red palm tree on the fingerboard. Nubone is used for the bridge inlay and nut. The scale length is 375 mm. The instrument has a thin high-gloss lacquer finish. Four closed chrome-plated tuners allow reliable tuning. Standard tuning G-C-E-A.
Kai ukuleles with the second sound hole provide a good deal of extra clarity and volume. The monitor is included here. As well as a matching gig bag.
