This high-class classical guitar is the top model from the small Asturias noble manufactory in Japan. Designed for the highest demands on sound and playability from advanced guitarists and professionals.

The selected ebony-reinforced mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard is glued to the top, back and sides in the Spanish tradition. This makes the response extremely dynamic and subtle, as the entire instrument resonates optimally. It produces a clearly defined, perfectly balanced sound that fills the room.

The solid German spruce top is treated with shellac polish for the best protection and beguiling shine without restricting the vibration of the wood. The sides and back are covered with a thin layer of polyurethane, which also protects the wood and optimizes the vibrations of the rosewood.

Exquisite tonewoods

For a perfect instrument, all components must work together perfectly. Only the finest tonewoods are used for the Renaissance/S from Asturias: The top is made of solid German spruce, which has the right hardness to withstand the tension of the strings. The bracing in the body is also constructed with spruce. The sides and back are made of solid East Indian rosewood, AAA certified, which guarantees an absolutely flawless, one-piece wood without cracks or knots. The bone nut and saddle as well as golden tuners from Gotoh round off the stunning features.
