The new flagship of the Katana series and offers groundbreaking features and flexibility. With newly tuned variations for all five amp types, your sound options are doubled. At the same time, the effect categories have been expanded from three to five. The front panel controls now give you even more exclusive control options, including a 3-way contour switch, a global EQ with three customizable curves and a solo boost with adjustable volume.

In addition, the new dual amp function allows you to quickly and easily connect and control two Katana Artist MkII amplifiers to create impressive, wide sounds. Like its predecessor, the Katana-Artist MkII has been specially developed to meet the demands of professional musicians. With the Boss Waza custom speaker, you'll experience the perfect vintage rock sound, while the wide baffle and semi-enclosed cabinet back provide precise and powerful sounds with a lively bass and incisive midrange.

Furthermore, each individual amplifier type of the Katana-Artist MkII has been specially matched to the speaker and cabinet. Legendary sound, modern performance: The 12" Waza speaker makes a significant contribution to the powerful sound of the Katana-Artist MkII. It has been designed to reproduce the wide dynamic range, smooth midrange and rich harmonic overtones of the renowned 25W British Stack speakers from the 1960s. Based on a detailed analysis of the original speakers and the careful selection of magnets, cone material and other elements, the Waza speaker embodies the special sound of these speaker legends - with a power consumption of up to 100 watts.
