2002 Bronze for an expressive sound character
All Paiste 900 Series cymbals are made from a B8 Bronze alloy, better known to many as 2002 Bronze. This mixture is known for its very warm, brilliant and expressive sound character. The machine-made 900 Series cymbals are hammered and turned by hand by the experienced Paiste cymbal smiths, a real specialty in this price range.
Great flexibility and outstanding playability
The innovative design gives the 900 Series Cymbals great flexibility and outstanding playability. The sound is rich and warm, peppered with well-proportioned highs. Larger and heavier models also have a good degree of brilliance, sharpness and projection. The core of the range focuses on crash and ride cymbals of various sizes in medium and heavy strengths. A selection of hi-hats, splashes and chinas rounds off the range.
Focused attack
The colored finish of the Color Sound 900 cymbals is extremely durable and can easily withstand even the hardest of gait. The color coating produces a slightly drier sound, shortens the sustain by a few nuances and delivers a focused attack.
