The contact microphones in the DYN P48 series from Schertler are high-quality transducers for professional applications. These fully balanced, active, dynamic contact microphones are suitable for use on a wide range of instruments, both for live, amplifier and studio applications. They can be securely attached to even the most valuable instruments using the special adhesive supplied.

The microphones can also be quickly swapped between instruments during performances or recording sessions. Once in place, they are unobtrusive to the performer thanks to their light weight.

A balanced XLR connector allows direct connection to a microphone input on a mixing console or to an amplification system. (Note: These contact microphones require 22-48V phantom power, with the exception of the passive DYN UNI). The torsion-resistant, Kevlar-reinforced cable withstands the rigors of daily use while delivering the best possible performance results.

The Schertler DYN P48 Series microphones all feature built-in Class A preamps and advanced filter technology that allows each microphone to capture the best sonic characteristics of its intended instrument.
