Many children are enthusiastic about the trombone. An instrument that looks great, offers a powerful and pleasant sound and can glide smoothly from note to note - the trombone promises lots of fun!

Unfortunately, children's arms are too short to reach all slide positions on a normal trombone. That's why the Yamaha YSL-350C was developed: A full-size trombone with all the traditional slide positions, only much shorter.

This makes this Yamaha compact trombone the ideal beginner's instrument for children - but it is also ideal for adults. The ascending valve makes it easy to play a complete scale without needing the two furthest positions.
