Description
The "Z" was created in a long and intensive collaboration with the legendary trumpeter Bobby Shew. Bobby is an incredibly versatile musician, and in order to serve all his musical sides it was necessary to create an instrument that was equally suitable for lead trumpet and soft ballads. He found this instrument in the "Z". Balanced playing strength, brilliant tone and a solid tonal core for all types of jazz.
The revised Yamaha Custom Z model introduces the latest Yamaha structural technology and other features refined through countless evaluations by Bobby Shew and the Yamaha R&E team.
